We aim to improve the understanding of influenza and coronaviruses affecting humans and livestock. To achieve this, we employ a combination of classical molecular virology techniques, reverse genetics, OMICS approaches, and various in vitro and in vivo models.

Our research can potentially contribute to developing novel diagnostic tools, antivirals (viral- or host-targeted), and vaccines against different viral agents.
